Kate leads the Motor Injury team in Manchester. She has over 20 years’ experience of acting for insurers and defending claims involving complex and catastrophic injuries, fatal accidents, chronic pain and indemnity issues. Kate has had significant experience in defending clients charged with criminal offences under the Road Traffic Acts and health and safety legislation during her career.
She works very closely with brokers and leads on the firm’s proposition to mid-market brokers ensuring a leading and seamless service to insurer, policyholder and broker.
Kate acts for a number of companies as their nominated lawyer and has been described as having a “breadth of skill which puts her at the forefront of catastrophic personal injury work.
