James is the Chairman of DAC Beachcroft's Claims Solutions Group. He sits on both the UK CSG Board and on the Scotland CSG Board.

James is National Zurich Contact Relationship Partner managing the firm's relationship with Zurich. He works closely with Zurich and their key corporate accounts in developing their strategy of claims handling and proactive claims management.

James has a particular interest in Government and Industry Affairs and regularly works with leading Insurers and PLCs on insurance related law. He is widely regarded in legal journals as one of the UKs leading insurance lawyers.
