With more than 20 years of experience, Manuel is an expert lawyer in transport and logistics; transport infrastructure concessions and regulation; port operations; insurance and reinsurance; and international trade.

In maritime-port matters, he has provided specialised legal advice to the main companies in the field. In insurance and reinsurance, he has advised leading brokerage firms and foreign reinsurers. He has also advised on the legal aspects of the promotion of private investment in public port infrastructure. He joined DAC Beachcroft in 2024.
