Tobias represents the interest of French and international clients in the context of national and international prelitigation and litigation proceedings.
In particular, he gained significant experience in civil and commercial litigation as well as in restructuring, working in French and Anglo-Saxon firms as a trainee lawyer and a lawyer, prior to joining DAC Beachcroft.
He holds a Master's degree in International and European Litigation from the University of Paris-Nanterre and a double Master's degree in French and Spanish law from the Universities of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Complutense de Madrid.
Tobias was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2022.
He is fluent in French, Spanish and English.
