DACB was named 'Law Firm of the Year', with the judges praising the firm for the 'breadth and depth of its work across challenging deals and schemes'.
DACB was also recognised in the 'Deal of the Year' category in collaboration with Savills and Vistry, for the landmark acquisition of Peel Hall, Warrington by Countryside Partnerships and Torus. The £112 million acquisition is the highest value residential land deal ever concluded in the North of England, and the judges were impressed the tenacity of all parties involved.
