He also has wide experience of handling claims concerning financial institutions and D&O, including domestic and international trust related claims, as well as many other types of claim emanating from the banking and finance house sector.

In addition, Patrick is a lead partner in DAC Beachcroft's Technology, Media, and Information Risk (TMI) team in London, and advises UK and international insurers and re-insurers in respect of policy wording and drafting issues.

He also handles a number of data breach incidents in the UK and overseas.

Patrick has written a number of articles that have been published in the insurance press, has lectured extensively on cyber risk in the UK and overseas, and is an acknowledged leader in the field of cyber risk and data breach insurance.
