• Advising a bank in relation to a series of connected disputes with three multi-national technology suppliers across multiple contracts arising out of a £900m transformation project to disaggregate the underlying ICT supporting the services provided by the bank. The disputes related to delays to transition and responsibility for changes that were required to the solution. 

• Advising an integrated care board (on behalf of various participant NHS bodies) on the delayed implementation of a new digital shared care record system.
