Over his 10+ years of experience in the field, he has helped achieve favourable resolution (including verdict) in the state, federal, and appellate court systems of New York. Mr. Rayburn’s practice focuses on insurance coverage and complex insurance litigation defence. He earned his law degree from Brooklyn Law School where he was awarded multiple mer-t based scholarships, and CALI Excellence Award for Trial Advocacy. Matthew advises on high-value disputes across a broad range of classes of insurance, including reinsurance, contingency, commercial general liability, disability, and property.  Matthew has represented insurance carriers in complex claims throughout the United States.
