Featured experience

  • Acting for a client with an extensive property portfolio. Dealing with the first claim bought by DLUHC pursuant to s.123 Building Safety Act 2022 for a Remediation Order. Plus dealing with a number of additional Remediation, Contribution and Building Liability Orders. The advice also relates to pursuing recovery actions against third-party developers, contractors and professionals.
  • Acting for a contractor dealing with a series of adjudications for contract declarations, extensions of time and loss and expense. Plus associated Part 8 claims.
  • Acting for a house builder client, in a High Court claim seeking recovery of its costs associated with a failed ground improvement scheme.
