• Advising a large local authority on its procurement for a long-term regeneration partner for its town centre.
• Representing NHS Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire Clinical Commissioning Group, NHS Gloucester Clinical Commissioning Group, and NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group in the Consultant Connect Limited v NHS Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire Clinical Commissioning Group case.
• Advising a US-based investment company in bidding for the development of a key central London site for commercial, retail, and housing uses.
• Assisting the Department of Health and Social Care on its procurement of a new ERP corporate services solution (CSS) to include finance, peer-to-peer, HR and payroll functions.
• Advising VFS Global on its successful tender to the UK Home Office to provide visa application processing services globally.
• Assisting NHS England and NHS Improvement on the procurement of the Integrated Single Financial Environment (ISFE) which enables NHSEI to run all core finance processes supporting the NHS group annual spend of over £140 billion.
• Representing North Bristol NHS Trust, University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust, The Secretary of State for Health (acting by the UK Health Security Agency – South West Laboratory), and Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust in the Roche Diagnostics Limited v North Bristol NHS Trust case.
• Assisting the Cabinet Office on a number of procurements, including the management of the Civil Service Pension Scheme.
• Assisting central government departments, including the procurement for SaaS vendor and Systems Integrator for nine central government departments.
