Andrew specialises in insurance and reinsurance disputes, including advising on single/multi-party, high level complex claims across a variety of classes of business, together with managing coverage issues, and subrogated recoveries. He acts in all forms of dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration, local and international.

He has particular expertise in financial lines, and his extensive experience includes handling matters in respect of directors and officers claims; professional indemnity; issuing and trading of securities; management liability; civil and crime liability; employment practice claims; and other related disputes.

Andrew also has an established practice dealing with cyber risk issues; data security management and compliance with privacy laws and regulations; breach response services; and all associated insurance matters.

In addition, Andrew recognises the increasingly diverse challenges faced by businesses in all sectors and therefore regularly advises on issues including ESG; regulatory and compliance requirements across Asia-Pacific jurisdictions; and greater transparency and disclosure demands on both public and private entities.
