Biography
Duncan Greenwood is a litigator who specialises in advising both London market insurers and large corporates on professional indemnity risk.
He focuses on claims against surveyors, solicitors and insurance brokers and is also actively engaged in providing coverage and risk management advice.
In addition, he leads the firm's Property Professionals PI group in the UK and Ireland, and the firm's Professional & Commercial Risk team based in Leeds.
