Elisa has more than 25 years of experience in complex disputes, with a focus on banking, structured finance and derivatives-related litigation, commercial arbitration, disputes involving reputational risk, damages, cross-border bankruptcy, restructuring and insolvency procedures, judicial recovery and loan restructuring, disputes in civil and commercial matters mainly representing national and international financial entities, as well as all types of multinational companies.

Throughout his professional career she has participated in regulatory inquires and related investigations, legal design and implementation of financial products and services, drafting of banking and commercial laws and regulations, legal counselling on major banking and financial transactions, corporate loan restructuring and on franchise risks (legal and operative).

In addition, Elisa is conciliator and bankruptcy trustee by the Instituto Federal de Especialistas de Concursos Mercantiles (IFECOM).
