Biography
Francesca has extensive experience in commercial dispute resolution, financial disputes, claims against directors and officers, and professional liability disputes. She has been involved in high profile, high-value disputes concerning solicitors, accountants, brokers and directors.
Francesca focuses on knowledge management, providing technical advice to clients and lawyers on issues of substantive law and civil court procedure. She has a particular interest in class actions, litigation funding, shareholder claims, and new emerging risk areas including climate change and artificial intelligence.
