Julitta Yates specialises in commercial property work acting for landlords and tenants in a wide range of property and leasing transactions, including management, acquisitions and disposals of office and retail premises. She also specialises in shopping centre asset management work.

She works for large corporations including national retailers, as well as small and medium enterprises and individual property investors. She also regularly undertakes property management work and letting of shopping centres.

In addition, Julitta has been part of the key management team for several of the firm's premier shopping centre projects, from the letting of a major shopping operator, through to strategic high value project work for some of the largest UK shopping centres. She has recently acted as lead partner on the asset management work for the sale of two large shopping centres.

As well as her own strategic and day-to-day work, Julitta also ensures service delivery across the team, allowing a seamless delivery across multi-site locations
