Biography
Marta is a Lawyer in DAC Beachcroft's Madrid office. She joined DAC Beachcroft in 2024 and she previously worked for two and a half years at a national law firm in Madrid in the Litigation and Insurance Department.
Marta specialises in advising Spanish and foreign insurance and reinsurance companies on D&O, Professional Indemnity, W&I and Reinsurance claims. She holds experience in acting for Spanish and foreign insurance and reinsurance companies on both contentious and non-contentious matters (domestic and international).
