Grace is an Associate sitting across DAC Beachcroft's Commercial and Regulatory teams, where she advises market leading insurers, banks and other financial services firms on non-contentious commercial and regulatory matters.

Grace provides both advisory and transactional support to her clients, and is known for being eager to find the most cost-effective pragmatic solutions to meet their needs, with no compromise on quality. She advises on a range of complex documentation, including binding authority agreements (based on both LMA and non-LMA precedents), introducer agreements, profit share agreements, terms of business agreements, network agreements, claims handling agreements, appointed representative agreements and other bespoke documents. Grace’s regulatory experience includes advising clients on interpretation and compliance with the FCA Handbook. Grace has a particular interest in the global transition to a more sustainable economy, including reporting obligations applicable to the financial services firms.

Since joining DAC Beachcroft in June 2022, Grace has spent time on a secondment with a major insurance provider where she supported the business with various commercial and data protection matters. Prior to joining the firm, Grace acted as an in-house counsel for a large public insurance company and other major financial services institutions. This mix of in-house and private practice experience has helped Grace to develop a deep understanding of the insurance industry and a unique approach to providing her clients with advice that is clear and actionable.
