A major global insurer needed an employment lawyer when one of their in-house team went on maternity leave for a year. We discussed and identified the particular skill set the client wanted and we provided an experienced employment lawyer with financial services experience from The People Pool, who could start virtually straight away.
By using the People Pool, the client avoided having to recruit and manage the individual as this is all taken care of by us. We ensured the client received a good service by:
- The People Pool consultant working with our own lawyers on the same projects and cases seamlessly;
- providing a sounding board for the consultant;
