Our LLP Group Remuneration and Nomination Committee is composed of our two non-executive LLP Group Board members and our Senior Partner.
The Committee’s remit includes:
- Approvals relating to Member terms and remuneration;
- Oversight of salaried partner and certain senior management remuneration; and
- Reviewing the composition of the LLP Group Board and supporting the LLP Group Board in its succession planning.
