Biographie
Javiera is a litigation lawyer focused on representing and advising various industry sectors in damage-related disputes, as well as providing legal counsel to the insurance market on judicial matters.
She specialises in medium- and high-complexity litigation arising from general and workplace accidents. Her practice is distinguished by a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to claims management and the development of solid legal strategies, which she implements before lower and higher courts.
Javiera holds a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and a diploma in Labour Law with a specialisation in litigation. She also served as a teaching assistant in the courses Criminal Procedural Law and Research Seminar at her alma mater.
