About us
Our Singapore office was established in 2011 and specialises in providing advice on complex, high-value and international risks across all lines of insurance and reinsurance business. We advise on insurance policy wordings, global programmes and coverage disputes and provide support to other parts of the firm in relation to matters with an Asian dimension.
Our team has comprehensive experience in advising on disputes (litigation, arbitration, mediation) across the region. We have extensive knowledge of the markets in which we operate and focus on producing commercial solutions to facilitate our clients' own business strategies.
In 2023 DACB formed an association with Incisive Law, an independent Singapore law practice. Incisive Law offers the full spectrum of legal services to local Singapore and multinational businesses across sectors including shipping, trade and commodities, energy and infrastructure, financial services, aviation, technology, media and telecommunications and many others.
