Biographie
Samantha works in a specialised team that provides a dedicated claims handling service on behalf of professional and financial lines insurers and their insureds. The team provides a proactive and cost-effective service, managing PI, D&O, and cyber claims by way of early analysis of liability and quantum, coverage, and strategies.
Samantha also has experience in dealing with claims against a wide variety of professionals (including claims against solicitors, insurance brokers, estate agents, surveyors and construction professionals) and an expertise in advising on D&O and EPL related claims, regularly dealing with coverage disputes that arise out of the same.
Samantha frequently advises on issues such as breach of warranty/non-disclosure.
