Overview

The accolade, which recognises law firms that are innovating and changing the way legal products and services are delivered to meet changing client demands, was in recognition of AIDan, DACB’s intelligent claims triage tool.

AIDan incorporates Rainbird’s AI decision-making software to remove bottlenecks within high-volume and time-consuming processes. The tool bolsters the initial triage process of potential insurance recovery claims to unlock greater returns to insurers. Claims can be triaged more quickly, saving DACB’s clients time and money by generating informed, automatic decisions about the viability of recoveries from the start.

Charlie Bending, partner and Head of DACB’s Bristol office, said, ‘‘I am delighted that our firm has been recognised for one of the many innovative ways we are adopting clever uses of technology to deliver value for our clients.”

The Bristol Law Society Awards brings together the region’s legal community to recognise and celebrate excellence. The awards ceremony took place on 3 November 2022.
