Georgina has 20 years' experience advising clients and her practice covers all aspects of employment law. She leads our international employment law work, which encompasses advising on global RIF, data, and employment transfer projects. She also acts as an outsourced 'one-stop shop' global employment counsel across Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America for US-headquartered clients.

She regularly advises on complex discrimination and whistleblowing disputes, board level hires and exits, TUPE transfers, corporate transactions, and restrictive covenant disputes.

Outside her client work, Georgina is passionate about diversity and inclusion; she has mentored the city’s first employment law apprentice solicitor and co-founded the DAC Beachcroft Women’s Network

Georgina's relevant experience includes:

• Advising on a high-profile transatlantic Court of Appeal case involving the proper jurisdiction of a dispute with a former UK employee over a US stock plan, closely watched by multi-national employers

• Acting successfully in the important recent employment case of Matthews v CGI, where the EAT found that a dismissal for irretrievable breakdown in trust and confidence, without warning or appeal, was fair
