Biography
Lisa has considerable expertise in managing disputes through other forms of alternative dispute resolution including mediation, arbitration, adjudication, and expert determinations. She has also represented clients before Tribunals and Commissions of Inquiry and has acted as a Chairperson on an Appeal Panel.
She routinely advises clients and colleagues in relation to issues concerning discovery (disclosure) and privilege, and is a committee member of the Commerical Litigation Association of Ireland.
Lisa has over 29 years’ experience advising clients across a range of sectors including financial services, professional firms, property developers, public bodies, corporate entities, and pharmaceutical companies. She is known for working very closely with her clients to achieve the best result for them and as close as possible to their desired outcome. She provides clear, pragmatic advice in a direct and strategic way.
