Pablo holds wide experience assisting Spanish and international insurance and reinsurance companies with directors & officers matters, financial institutions, professional indemnity and reinsurance. His practice includes drafting and adapting policies to Spanish law.

Pablo specialises in advising Spanish and foreign insurance and reinsurance companies on D&O, Public Offering of Securities, Bankers Blanket Bond, Commercial Crime, Professional Indemnity and Reinsurance claims. He has extensive experience in acting for Spanish and foreign insurance and reinsurance companies on both contentious and non-contentious matters (domestic and international).

Pablo has spoken at seminars and conferences on directors and officers, financial institution and professional indemnity insurance both in Spain and in the London market. He is a regular lecturer in the Master Programme “International Law” at Instituto Superior de Derecho y Empresa (ISDE).
