She has extensive expertise in advising on the legal, practical and commercial issues in pursuing recovery matters on behalf of major insurer clients, as well as providing advice and guidance to insurers on the most effective ways of pursuing such claims.
In addition, she manages the Small Claims Volumes Recoveries team in Birmingham, which deals with a wide variety of enforcement, debt recoveries, motor claims and policy declaration cases for all major insurers.
