Sofía is a Lawyer in DAC Beachcroft's Madrid office. She joined DAC Beachcroft in 2024 and she previously worked for two years at a prestigious national law firm in Madrid.
Sofía specialises in advising Spanish and foreign insurance and reinsurance companies on D&O, Professional Indemnity and W&I claims. Sofia´s practice includes both the pre-contentious advice to insurance and reinsurance companies, and the contentious defence of insurance and reinsurance companies, in all jurisdictions: civil, criminal, labour, and administrative litigation.
Sofía is fluent in English and is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
