Lawyers from international law firm DAC Beachcroft have advised Ipsen on its move to striking new UK headquarters at The Point in Paddington, London.

Ipsen, a global pharmaceutical company working to improve patients' lives through research, innovation and the development of transformative medicines, was supported on the transaction by commercial and construction specialists in DACB's Real Estate team.

The DACB team advised on the transactional documents, including the terms of the agreement for lease, lease and the fit-out contract for the works to adapt the premises to meet Ipsen's requirements.

Ipsen's new 23,000 sq ft UK headquarters is EPC B rated, with all electricity derived from renewable sources and powered by electric heat pumps, with a roof terrace that hosts a colony of honeybees which will produce an estimated 300 jars of The Point honey annually.
