Anthea Lane, Partner and Training Principal at DAC Beachcroft, said, “Congratulations to all of our qualifying trainees. We are delighted to welcome them to our team of talented colleagues, who are recognised for their insights and outstanding commitment to client service.”
DACB relaunched its trainee development scheme in 2020, designed in line with the O-shaped Lawyer principles to provide lawyers at the firm with a broad skillset beyond technical excellence. The scheme was awarded the accolade for ‘Outstanding Training Innovation’ at Legal Week’s 2021 Legal Innovation Awards, where judges described the programme as an “imaginative and genuinely innovative leap in training”.
In autumn 2021 DACB had a trainee retention rate of 87%. With a retention rate of 89% in 2022, DACB’s relaunched trainee programme further evidences the realisation of the firm’s ambition of being the place where talented people want to work.
