Alison has over 20 years' experience of advising on complex PFI/PPP infrastructure projects across a number of sectors, predominantly in the healthcare sector.

She has been involved in all major national infrastructure programmes and provides strategic advice to clients on their operational PFIs (variations, resets, expiry, disputes, and contractual issues). She regularly advises on the procurement of new healthcare buildings, facilities and reconfigurations, collaborative arrangements and commercial contracts. She is valued by clients for her commercial and responsive approach.

Alison is the key contact in the firm for health infrastructure projects.
