Daniela is a litigator in the Mexico Office. She is specialized in the attention of civil and commercial trials, especially in insurance contracts and civil liability claims. Daniela performs analysis of previous cases to be disputed in litigation to plan and define strategies to follow in the best benefit of the client. Collaborates with other areas of the office in response to claims related to Civil Liability. She performs analysis of insurance policies and possible loss coverage claims. Moreover, Daniela makes legal opinions in light of Mexican legislation regarding claims made by policyholders for foreign clients. She also attends procedures prior to litigation before various government agencies such as CONDUSEF.

Daniela has participated in trials defending the interests of clients in which they have reverted to the criteria of the Court that were to the detriment of the insurance sector.
