    Relevant experience includes:

    1. Advising JPJ Group plc on the €196,000,000 incremental term loan B commitment to support its acquisition of the non-sports and content business of the Gamesys Group.
    2. Advising Gamesys Group plc on the repricing of its c.£550,000,000 term loan B and revolving credit facilities.
    3. Advising Warrington Borough Council in respect of its c.£200m financing of a portfolio of commercial real estate assets for The Hut Group.
    4. Advising Viaro Energy Limited on the £250,000,000 UK Takeover Code compliant debt financing of its takeover of RockRose Energy plc.
    5. Advising a government department on a repeat basis on substantial intra-day term loans to a series of sovereign African states in connection with the heavily indebted poor countries initiative.
    6. Advising vehicles managed by Puma Property Finance on the £50,000,000 financing of a flagship BTR scheme in central Manchester.
    7. Advising Exponential-e Limited on the amendments to its c.£50,000,000 term and revolving credit facilities (and the establishment of incremental RCF commitments) in connection with its acquisition of Vysiion Limited.
    8. Advising the Capital Land group on a c.£37,000,000 option premium financing in respect of a 1,500 unit site provided by funds managed by North Wall Capital LLP and its subsequent refinancing with Octopus Real Estate.
    9. Advising vehicles managed by Alpha Property on the £16,400,000 facility to Macc Care Group to assist in the sales process of two development schemes in Solihull and Leicester, comprising of 42 retirement living units and 34 unrestricted private residential units.
    10. Advising vehicles managed by Alpha Property on a £12,225,000 facility to Torsion Care to assist in the sales process of their 64-bed retirement living scheme in Derby
    11. Advising Newcastle City Council in respect of loan facilities to a UK commercial entity.
    12. Advising vehicles managed by Puma Property Finance on the financing of the development of five residential care homes in the North West of England.
    13. Advising Lords Group Trading on the £60,000,000 term loan, revolving credit and invoice discounting facilities in connection with the acquisition of APP Wholesale plc.
    14. Advising vehicles managed by Puma Property Finance on the c£35,000,000 financing of a build to rent scheme by PLATFORM_
    15. Advising vehicles managed by Puma Property Finance on the financing of two care homes developments by Patron Capital owned Hamberley Developments
    16. Advising Santander on a £28m investment facility to refinance a London-based investment property group.
