  • Biography

    Ceri has experience of all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law and particular expertise in equality and discrimination issues. Ceri has worked with the Government Equalities Office and advises the Employers Network on Equality and Inclusion.

    Ceri was promoted to the position of Legal Director with effect from May 2019. Before this she was the London Employment team's Practice Development manager. As part of this role she led a project which involved introducing an e-platform to deliver client Data Subject Access Requests more efficiently. Alongside project management and her advisory practice, she also regularly designs and delivers bespoke training on all aspects of employment law for managers, HR professionals, in-house lawyers and Boards.

    Ceri oversees the employment monthly alerters for clients, which set out key employment law developments in the preceding month and analyse what these mean for employers.

    Ceri also sits on the Employment Lawyers Association's training committee and is regularly involved in ELA's responses to Government consultations on employment issues.
