    Clare has been recognised in “The Lawyers” Hot 100 listing, published January 2022. 

    The team has over 30 dedicated advisers providing structured, efficient and technology driven solutions to deliver on demand routine property transactions and property litigation (including debt recovery) legal services on an ad hoc, site specific and project basis.

    The team utilise technology through our bespoke case management systems, tailored where the volume allows to individual client needs as well the use of automation and a bank of well-developed workflows and precedents to structure repeat transactions so as to build in efficiency and deliver against strict client project timetables and KPI requirements.

    Property Litigation

    Clare specialises in all aspects of property litigation with a particular focus on commercial landlord and tenant disputes and telecommunications. Clients rely upon her intuitive approach, attention to detail and responsiveness. Clare regularly deals with complex and/or high value disputes involving litigation in the Upper Tier of the Lands Chamber, Court of Appeal and the High Court , as well as overseeing a large volume of more routine matters including large-scale break notice projects, strategic lease reviews and property related debt recovery work.

    Her non-telecoms clients include Royal Mail Group, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and the Department for Transport.

    Telecommunications

    Clare is also a nationally recognised expert in the Telecommunications sector, acting for both landowner, Operator and Infrastructure provider clients. She is widely recognised for her pragmatic and commercial skills in property related telecoms law and uniquely has significant experience in the full spectrum of both contentious and non-contentious legal issues in this regard. A particular area of specialised transactional experience is in respect of the documentation of Master Site Sharing Agreements/ Enabling Agreements / Service Level & Framework Agreements covering multiple property interests both inter-operator and between an operator and a landowner estate

    Her clients include BT, Cornerstone and Telefonica UK Limited
