Biography
Katharine has 12 years' experience managing clinical negligence claims. She has the benefit of having represented both claimants and defendants. She acts for NHS Resolution (formerly the NHS Litigation Authority), Spire and NHS Trusts plus med mal insurers and the MDU/DDU.
Although Katharine deals with claims involving all medical specialities, she has gained niche experience in dealing with large multi-party action claims for different clients, including the NHS and private sector.
Katharine qualified in 2004 and joined DAC Beachcroft in 2007.
