Kevan specialises in insurance litigation and personal injury with a particular focus on high volume motor claims management.

He has 20 years’ experience advising clients across a range of insurance disciplines including Motor, Casualty (EL/PL) and Sports claims.

Along with day to day supervision and operational management duties, Kevan sits within the core client relationship team for several large insurers. He conducts regular review meetings and shares knowledge to aid the development of their claims handling functions.

Kevan has responsibility for the technical development of members of the Motor Injury Team and is regularly involved in developing and implementing strategies, advice and training both with clients and within DAC Beachcroft.

Relevant experience includes:

• Developing and implementing processes that promote proactive case management to reduce cycle times and control indemnity spend.
• Attending client surgeries to assist in delivering upon their business objectives.
• Advising upon the design and construction of a technical framework promoting the development of DAC Beachcroft lawyers and client claims handlers through value added support services.
