    Kevin specialises in restructuring and insolvency covering both contentious and non-contentious work.

    He has over 18 years’ experience advising clients across a range of sectors including technology, insurance, manufacturing and retail. His key clients include insolvency practitioners, insurers, corporates and directors.

    Kevin advises on a broad range of insolvency issues including business and asset disposals, pension and security advice, asset tracing and recovery and insolvency litigation including wrongful trading, misfeasance actions and antecedent transaction claims.

    Relevant experience includes advising:

    • A global insurance broker in connection with the liquidation of part of the Thomas Cook group.
    • A board of directors in their defence of a circa £10 million wrongful trading and misfeasance claim and their pursuit of a circa £40 million claim against a financial institution.
    • Liquidators on a £multi-million contractual dispute arising from a business and asset disposal by administrators.
    • Trustees in bankruptcy on the bankruptcy of a financial adviser involving investments and claims in the USA and Hong Kong.

    Kevin is recommended by Chambers and Partners for advice to administrators and a client praised the "speed at which he delivers for us and the fact that he does so on a commercial and pragmatic basis.".
