    Lucy Grivvell is a skilled risk management and dispute resolution Legal Director with extensive experience of litigation, arbitration, adjudication, mediation and negotiation. 

    Lucy acts for a wide range of commercial clients including FTSE 100 and other listed corporates, SMEs, foreign businesses and a range of public bodies in a wide variety of mainly contentious matters and risk management, including reputation and crisis management.

    Lucy has a broad practice with extensive experience advising on large scale and complex disputes, often multi-jurisdictional, ranging from contractual disputes, such as technology, media related and procurement disputes to breach of confidence, shareholders' disputes and fraud. 

    Lucy regularly advises clients on reputation management including defamation, privacy, data protection and employment claims and she also assists clients in protecting their intellectual property rights particularly in relation to copyright, trademarks, design rights and passing off.  She regularly obtains injunctions in the work that she does and has undertaken a substantial amount of advocacy work in professional disciplinary proceedings.

    Lucy is recognised as a Leading Associate in Legal 500 UK 2025 and Legal 500 describe her as "always gets the best results".
