Biography
Natasha advises London Market insurers and reinsurers on complex, high-value, cross-border insurance and reinsurance disputes. Her expertise spans various classes of business, including Professional Indemnity, Financial Institutions, Directors & Officers, Cyber, Contingency and Construction. Natasha advises regularly on discrete coverage matters such as attachment, scope of notification and aggregation issues, and is also experienced in defending claims and monitoring high-value international litigation.
Natasha has completed five secondments to claims and claims legal teams within the London market, which has given her an understanding of the pressures under which her clients operate, and she works closely with them to achieve their commercial objectives.
Natasha has experience of litigation, arbitration, mediation and coroners' inquests.
Natasha is a member of the Law Society and has Higher Rights of Audience (Civil, England and Wales). Alongside her insurance practice, she also sits part-time as a First-Tier Tribunal Judge (Immigration & Asylum).
