Expert in corporate and investment law, international transport cargo claims (sea and air), and D&O. He has a solid background and experience in advising and executing legal planning, negotiating maritime transport contracts, claims, and international cargo insurance. Oscar has been the legal and financial manager of several international trading companies, which has allowed him to accumulate a lot of experience regarding the needs of international transport contractors and shipping companies and the risks and responsibilities of officials of transnational corporations.

He currently advises on legal and financial matters to various national and transnational companies from various economic sectors, as well as to individuals and national and foreign business groups. He joined DAC Beachcroft in 2024.
