Biography
Pablo is a Legal Director in DAC Beachcroft's Madrid office. He joined DAC Beachcroft in 2021 and he previously worked for six years at an international law firm in Madrid.
Pablo specialises in advising Spanish and foreign insurance and reinsurance companies on D&O, Professional Indemnity and W&I claims. Pablo´s practice includes both the pre-contentious advice to insurance and reinsurance companies, and the contentious defence of insurance companies with the Spanish Courts in a wide range of jurisdictions as civil, criminal, labour, etc.
Pablo is fluent in English and is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
