Biography
Paul is a Partner in our complex and catastrophic injury team in Birmingham. He specialises in high value, catastrophic injury claims with an emphasis on paediatric brain injuries.
Paul's experience includes:
- Many paediatric brain injury claims from first notification to settlement. Those claims often involve issues relating to complex care packages and settlement by way of periodical payments;
- Serious orthopaedic cases involving amputation, paraplegia, and tetraplegia;
- Matters involving chronic pain.
