Pedro is a lawyer with wide experience in the field of insurance and reinsurance, as well as aviation and maritime law, advising insurance and reinsurance companies both in the local and international market on coverage disputes, claims handling and highly complex claims in the fields of liability, surety, D&O, maritime, aviation, among others; also advising clients on corporate and regulatory matters.

He has been a university professor and national and international lecturer, as well as having held the position of legal manager in a renowned national insurance company in Peru and later headed the insurance and reinsurance area of a law firm.

He has been recognized by various international rankings as a leader in the insurance litigation sector in Peru. He joined DAC Beachcroft in 2024.
