Sally specialises in Real Estate.

She has over 20 years’ experience advising clients across a range of sectors including investment, finance, development and asset management for both public and private sector clients. Her current key clients are in sectors including: national and local government, industrial and logistics, retail, manufacturing, and residential strategic land.

Relevant experience includes advising:

• A government department on their development project to secure decant of 9000 employees from existing expiring PFI space delivering a new HQ in Newcastle of 450 square metres for a term of 25 years at a rent of more than £11 million per year.
• A council on their acquisition of Kirkby Town Centre, retail park and residential development land from St Modwen. Also, conclusion of a development management agreement, asset management and property management agreements. Also advising on retail repurposing through acquisitions of defunct retail stock.
• A UK housebuilder on acquisitions from private landowners in Tockwith and set up of a new residential site in Skelton.
• A UK charity on the acquisition and development of a new brain assistive facility at the Chocolate Works in York.
• A UK developer on speculative development of an industrial park of 400,000 square feet in Staffordshire and associated prelets.
• An NHS Trust on a collaboration with a Local Authority to provide a solar farm to power a new acute facility funded by the New Hospital Programme.
• An NHS Trust on a collaboration with the Council and funding of remediation and securing vacant possession a new site in Doncaster waterfront.
• A northern provider of tertiary education on their acquisition of a brewery site, also securing funding for development with Santander, GMCA and Manchester City Council in Central Manchester.
• A UK developer in concluding a JV with Bellway Homes to deliver regeneration of a disused airfield site in Lichfield for residential housing for sale, a public house and primary school.

Sally is a past chair of the London and South East branch of ‘Women in Property’.

Sally regularly speaks on panels for Bisnow and Built Environment on subjects include mixed use development, industrial and logistics. 

Sally has participated in ‘Insider’s Leader’s Forum’ during 2019 and has contributed to articles on ‘PRS’ and ‘Senior Living’ in March 2019 and November 2019.
