  • Biography

    Simon is a medical malpractice lawyer specialising in the defence of healthcare claims.  He acts for a number of medical malpractice and life science Insurers, advising on claims in medical malpractice, product liability and clinical trials.  He also acts as an advocate at Inquests, representing Insurers and their Insureds. 

    He is a specialist in policy coverage advice and wordings to healthcare Insurers.  He regularly delivers training and presentations to clients in the healthcare and insurance sectors. 

    Simon qualified with DAC Beachcroft in 2005 and became a partner in the firm's Bristol office in 2015.
