    Stan Campbell is a real estate lawyer in our Bristol office and leads one of our four national commercial real estate teams. He specialises in commercial property investment and development and asset management with a particular focus on the health and public sectors.

    Stan's experience includes:

    • the property elements of the disposal of a business for $1bn (AUS) including certifying title to a portfolio of c80 care homes;
    • advising on regulated care leases (often high value, long term, index linked rent with regulatory related covenants);
    • advising on high value and strategic office and headquarters leases for corporate occupiers;
    • the acquisition of a £100m+ supported living accommodation portfolio for a REIT;
    • due diligence on a national portfolio of care homes for a c£74m ground rent transaction;
    • the £40m development funding of two retirement living sites;
    • a £9m office investment acquisition for a City Council.
