Biography
Yasmin is an employment specialist who represents NHS organisations, government bodies and SMEs.
Yasmin handles all aspects of employment law, but has a strong reputation in discrimination, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal litigation, and dealing with group claims. Yasmin also advises on a range of non-contentious matters including disciplinary, capability and grievance matters, reorganisations and restructures, TUPE, contracts and policies and terminations.
Yasmin frequently delivers training to HR and senior management teams by way of legal updates and bespoke workshops.
