Zoe specialises in the defence of regulatory crime, principally health and safety, environmental and road traffic.  She also advises organisations and individuals throughout multi-agency investigations and fatal accident inquiries.

Relevant experience includes:

• prosecution and defence of the full range of criminal offences
• preparation and conduct of jury trials
• representation of participants at high profile and complex fatal accident inquiries
• advising those subject to local authority and HSE enforcement, attending with clients at police and regulatory body interviews and advising on written responses to requests from regulators
• advising clients challenging enforcement notices at Tribunal
• providing training to companies on legal issues relevant to their industry.
