DACB advised long-standing client Crest Nicholson on a deal that will see up to 1,100 homes, a primary school, a community centre and more built on a greenfield site, known as Malabar Farm, near Daventry, Northamptonshire. The firm advised Crest Nicholson on its purchase of the 50-hectare site in partnership with Spitfire Homes and on its collaboration with Spitfire, which will govern how the site is developed
